Educational Use Only: WheelPulse is for educational purposes to analyze roulette spin data and simulate strategies theoretically. It is not a gambling platform.
Prohibited Use: Do not use for real-money gambling or betting. We’re not responsible for losses from such use.
Features Covered:
- Spin Analysis: Tracks spins to display trends (e.g., hit percentages, hot/cold numbers).
- Strategy Recommendations: Offers theoretical strategies (e.g., Martingale, Fibonacci) for study.
- Betting Progression Tracker: Simulates betting progressions for learning.
- Hot/Cold Numbers: Identifies frequent/infrequent numbers for analysis.
- Dealer’s Spin Tracker: Analyzes spins to study potential biases.
- Casino Data Insights: Allows input of hypothetical casino data to explore trends.
- Feedback Form: Collects optional user feedback.
2. Eligibility
You must be 19+ and reside where using the app for education is legal.
3. Intellectual Property
The app, its design, code, and content are owned by S.T.Y.W. and protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.
You’re granted a limited, non-exclusive license for personal, educational use. Do not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the app without permission.
4. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities
Do not use for illegal purposes, gambling, or to disrupt the app’s functionality.
Do not misuse the app’s outputs to promote gambling.
Do not submit false or harmful data via the feedback form.
5. Feature-Specific Terms
Spin Analysis and Trends: Results are theoretical and do not predict outcomes. We’re not liable for decisions based on these.
Strategy Recommendations: Strategies (e.g., Hot Bet, Fibonacci) are simulations for education. Using them for gambling is prohibited.
Betting Progression Tracker: Simulates progressions (e.g., Martingale). We’re not liable for losses if applied in real betting.
Hot/Cold Numbers and Dealer’s Spin Tracker: For educational analysis only. Reliance for gambling is at your risk.
Casino Data Insights: User-entered data is unverified. We’re not responsible for errors or decisions based on it.

App outputs are for education, not financial or gambling advice. Roulette is random, and we’re not liable for losses from reliance on outputs.
8. Limitation of Liability
As-Is Basis: The app is provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy or fitness.
No Liability for Misuse: We’re not liable for damages from gambling, errors, data loss, or app interruptions.
Maximum Liability: Our total liability is capped at CAD $50.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify S.T.Y.W. from claims arising from your misuse of the app or violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
We may suspend your access if you violate these Terms.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by Ontario, Canada laws. Disputes will be resolved in Ontario courts.
12. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

Non-Personal Data:
- Spin History and Inputs: Data you enter, such as roulette spins, casino data insights, and betting progressions, is stored locally on your device using localStorage. This data powers features like spin analysis, hot/cold numbers, and dealer’s spin tracking.
- Usage Data: We may collect anonymized data on how you interact with the app (e.g., which features like strategy recommendations or progression trackers are used most) to improve WheelPulse.
Personal Information:
- Consent Email: When you agree to our Terms and Conditions, you may optionally provide an email address, which we use to log your consent for legal purposes.
- Feedback Form: If you choose to submit feedback, you may provide your name, email, and feedback content. This is entirely optional.
We do not collect any other personal information unless you voluntarily provide it through feedback.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Enable App Features: We use your non-personal data (e.g., spin history, casino data inputs) to power features like spin analysis, strategy recommendations (e.g., Martingale, Fibonacci), betting progression tracking, hot/cold number identification, and dealer’s spin tracking for bias analysis.
- Improve the App: Feedback you provide (if any) helps us enhance WheelPulse’s functionality and user experience. Anonymized usage data (e.g., which features are used most) may also be used to make improvements.
- Record Consent: If you provide an email when agreeing to these terms, we use it to log your consent for legal purposes, as required under Canada’s PIPEDA.
- Comply with Legal Obligations: We may use your information to meet legal requirements, such as responding to lawful requests or ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell or share your data for marketing purposes.
- Service Providers: If you provide an email for consent or feedback, we share it with Formspree (our form processing provider) to log your consent or feedback securely.
- Legal Requirements: We may share your information if required by law (e.g., to comply with a court order or legal process).
- Business Transfers: If S.T.Y.W. undergoes a business transfer (e.g., merger), your data may be shared, but we’ll ensure it remains protected under this policy.
4. Data Storage and Security
- Local Storage: Spin data, casino data inputs, and other non-personal data are stored locally on your device via localStorage. This data is not transmitted to our servers unless you submit feedback including such data.
- Consent and Feedback Data: Emails provided for consent or feedback are securely transmitted to Formspree and retained for up to 12 months, or longer if required for legal purposes.
- Security Measures: We use reasonable measures (e.g., encryption for Formspree submissions) to protect your data, but no method is 100% secure. You use the app at your own risk.

- Access and Correction: You can request access to or correction of your personal data (e.g., consent email, feedback) by contacting us.
- Deletion: You can request deletion of your consent email or feedback data, though we may retain it if required for legal purposes.
- Withdraw Consent: You can withdraw consent for us to process your personal data, but this may limit your ability to use the feedback form.
- Clear Local Data: To delete spin data or other local data, clear your browser’s cache or localStorage.
6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We do not use cookies. We use localStorage to store non-personal data (e.g., spin history, casino data) on your device for app functionality.
You can clear this data by resetting your browser’s cache or localStorage, which will reset your app data (e.g., spin history).
7. Children’s Privacy
WheelPulse is not intended for users under 19. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 19.
If we learn such data has been collected, we will delete it promptly.
8. International Users
Data you provide (e.g., consent email, feedback) is processed in Canada, where S.T.Y.W. is based.
If you use WheelPulse from outside Canada, you consent to your data being transferred to and processed in Canada under this policy.
